ما نجمعه

عند إنشاء حساب: بريدك الإلكتروني، واسم مشروعك، وبلدك. كلمة السر تُحفَظ مبصومةً تشفيريًّا ولا تُستَرجَع، ولا نقرؤها نحن.

وعند الاستعمال: ما تُدخله بنفسك من موادَّ وأصنافٍ ومصاريف. يُحفَظ على جهازك، وفي حسابك السحابي إن سجّلت.

ونسجّل كذلك عنوان الشبكة ومعرّف الجهاز لحساب الحدود اليومية ومنع الإساءة.

ما لا نجمعه

بيانات بطاقتك: لا نطلبها ولا نخزّنها.
تتبّعك عبر مواقع أخرى، ولا نعرض إعلانات.
بيع بياناتك أو مشاركتها لأغراض تسويقية.

الذكاء الاصطناعي

ثلاث ميزات ذكية: قراءة الفواتير والقوائم، والمحرّك الذكي، ومساعد كُلفة. لا تعمل إلا بعد موافقتك الصريحة داخل التطبيق، وعندها يُرسَل ما تصوّره أو تكتبه، مع أرقام مشروعك اللازمة للرد، عبر خادمنا إلى مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي موثوق يعالجه ويعيد النتيجة فقط. لا نرسل بريدك ولا كلمة سرّك، ولا تُستعمل هذه البيانات لتدريب أي نموذج، ولا تُحفظ الصور بعد قراءتها.

إحصاءات الاستعمال

نعرف عدد الزيارات وسرعة التطبيق بإحصاءاتٍ مجمّعة، بلا ملفات تعريف (كوكيز) ولا تتبّعٍ بين المواقع ولا ربطٍ بحسابك. ونسجّل الأعطال التقنية (نوع الخطأ والمتصفح ومعرّفًا عشوائيًّا لا يرتبط بحسابك) لإصلاحها.

حقوقك

تصدّر بياناتك ملفًّا في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق. وتحذف حسابك بنفسك من «الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب»: يُحذف هو ونسختك السحابية ورسائلك من خوادمنا فورًا وبلا رجعة، بلا مراسلة ولا انتظار.

What we collect

At sign-up: your email, business name and country. Your password is stored as a cryptographic hash and cannot be recovered, not even by us.

In use: what you enter yourself, such as materials, items and expenses. It is held on your device, and in your cloud account if you sign in.

We also record your network address and a device identifier to count daily limits and prevent abuse.

What we never collect

Card details: we neither ask for nor store them.
Tracking across other sites; we run no advertising.
Selling or sharing your data for marketing.

Artificial intelligence

Three smart features: invoice and menu scanning, the smart engine, and the Kulfa assistant. They work only after your explicit consent inside the app. Then what you photograph or type, with the business figures needed for the answer, goes through our server to a trusted AI provider that processes it and returns only the result. Your email and password are never sent, this data is not used to train any model, and images are not kept after reading.

Usage statistics

We count visits and measure app speed with aggregate statistics, with no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no link to your account. We also record technical errors (the error type, your browser and a random identifier not tied to your account) so we can fix them.

Your rights

Export your data as a file at any time from inside the app. And you delete your account yourself from Settings → Delete account: it, your cloud copy and your messages are erased from our servers immediately and for good, with no email and no waiting.
